RESERVATION POLICIES:

Verve Hair Studio operates by appointment only. No walk-ins. Please call to schedule your appointment. We highly recommend scheduling your next appointment during your check out to ensure the availability of the appointment time that coordinates best with your life schedule. Our free consultations are always a great option for new guests to become more acquainted with our studio and the direction they would like to take their style.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Verve Hair Studio, we make every effort to respect and value your time and schedule. We greatly appreciate the same respect in return. Our scheduling allows us to allot specific time for our clients and any appointment that is cancelled last minute or failed to show is time that could be offered to another client or spent with our families. Our wages are earned by completed appointment times with our clients. In order to keep this schedule policy working, any cancellation received less than 4 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the full service price. Guests who fail to show for their appointment will be charged 100% of the full service price.

CHECK-IN:

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled service to allow for service preparation. If arriving late for your appointment, as a courtesy to the next guest, your service will still have to end on time regardless of the start time. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your over all relaxing experience. The full service price may be applied.

PRICING AND PAYMENT:

All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover credit cards as well as cash and check.

STAFF SELECTION/CHANGES:

Verve Hair Studio prioritizes lasting relationships with our clients. We want to ensure a quality and safe environment that thrives on communication and comfort. While creating a good relationship with our clients we also want them to be extremely happy with their service. If ever you feel that you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or if you would just like to get a fresh point of view, please let us know and we would be happy to make those arrangements.

GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities. Gift cards expire two (2) years from the purchase date.

SUGGESTIONS/SATISFACTION:

We’re always open to your suggestions on how better to serve our guests. In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you please contact us and schedule a redo of your service within 10 days of your service visit.
